By creating an account, posting an ad, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any guidelines posted on the site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, sellers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyAdRocket. By using this platform, you represent that you are 18 or older, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To post ads or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Posting Ads — Prohibited Content

Users are solely responsible for their listing content. You must NOT post ads relating to:

• Illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen items)
• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• Spam, duplicate listings, or automated content
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Pyramid schemes, MLM scams, or get-rich-quick schemes

MyAdRocket reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Buying and Selling — Platform Role

MyAdRocket is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to any transaction between users. We do not own, store, or ship any items listed on the platform. MyAdRocket is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, or any losses incurred from a transaction.

We strongly encourage users to meet in public places, inspect items before paying, and use secure payment methods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MyAdRocket — including logos, graphics, design, text, software, and code — is the intellectual property of MyAdRocket or its licensors. By posting content on our platform, you grant MyAdRocket a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your listings on our platform.

7. Promoted Listings & Subscriptions

MyAdRocket offers optional paid promotion features and subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Promoted features are time-limited and non-transferable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAdRocket and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyAdRocket is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Gujarat. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
